What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day free returns period from the time you place your order. If you’re not sold by day 30, you can return your shoes for free with no questions asked, even if you’ve been staying active in them. Please note, we only offer either one return or exchange per order.
How many times can I exchange?
We only offer a one time exchange within our 30-day return and exchange policy. To clarify, we do not exchange or refund goods that have already been exchanged.
How do I make a return or exchange?
You can book a free return using the prepaid shipping label included in your box.
If your request is for an exchange, we’ll send out a coupon to choose your new pair as soon as we receive your first pair back at our warehouse.
If your request is for a refund, we’ll issue a refund back to your original form of payment as soon as we receive your order back at our warehouse.

When can I expect my refund?
Hold tight, it can take our warehouse team up to three weeks to receive and process your return. You will receive a refund notification email as soon as we’ve issued your refund.
