What is the status of my order?
We will send you a shipping notification via email once your shoes are on the way. If you are having any trouble tracking your order, contact us at email@example.com
Orders are processed Monday to Friday HKT. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be fulfilled the following business day.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
We try to fulfil orders as soon as possible, but if you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will try to find a solution asap.
If you’re having second thoughts don’t worry. We offer 30 days free returns, so try them on and put them to the test. If you don’t love them, we’ll take them back. Easy.
Where else can I buy LANE EIGHTS?
To start you can only find our shoes at laneeight.com. But keep your eyes peeled, we’re always looking for new locations for our pop-ups.
How much is shipping?
All US shipments are shipped via UPS. Ground shipping (5-8 Business Days) is free and express shipping (2-5 Business Days) is $15 USD.
All orders placed outside of the USA are shipped via DHL Express (2-5 Business Days) and the final price is dependant on your location.
All Hong Kong shipments are shipped via SF-Express (2-5 Business Days) and shipping costs $5 USD.

Can I expedite my order?
We all know how annoying long shipping times can be, which is why all international orders go out by DHL Express. For US orders, we offer UPS Express shipping for $14 USD with most deliveries in 2-5 business days.
