What does “Your Best You” mean to you?

Your Best You is waking up everyday with purpose and drive to create the best version of yourself. Comparing yourself to only who you were yesterday, asking yourself, am I learning something new today, am I trying something different? Your Best You is a mantra I follow because at the end of the day, when you take care of yourself, you empower others around you to take care of themselves.

How do you look after your mental health?

I look after my mental health by setting boundaries and allocating my time properly. It is important for me to give my full attention to my patients when I am at work, and my friends and family when I have leisure time. Taking a moment to be grateful and acknowledge the amazing people and opportunities in your life is always a good mental reset.

Favorite form of self care?

My favorite form of self-care is diving deep into a workout, one of those workouts where you forget to change the music.

What is your go-to feel-good workout?

My go-to-feel-good workout is my own mix of functional training mixed with bodybuilding!

Who inspires you to become Your Best You?

My parents inspire me to become my best. They have always seen the best in me, even in the times I did not see it in myself.

If you could share one message with the LANE EIGHT community, what would it be?

One message to share with the LANE EIGHT community would be work hard on your goals and be patient. Fall in love with the journey, because in the end, you’ll remember way more about the journey than the destination.
